FT4 Ex TETRA Handset

The FT4 Ex is an efficient TETRA radio handset specially designed for professional users. It has all functionalities of the FT4, but offers the intrinsically safe feature for use in highly sensitive environments. With its top equipment protection level, the funktel FT4 Ex fulfills highest health and safety requirements for equipment and can be used even in hazardous explosive atmospheres with conductive dust or special gases (i.e. hydrogen, acetylene, and mine gas) that are found in the chemical industry, in special refineries, or in mining industry.
